The data of an Indian company in an insolvency process
For resolution professionals. If a company in a CIRP ends in liquidation, its Slack or Microsoft Teams archive can still be realised for its creditors.
The buyer we refer to is micro1. Its program for companies that have stopped operating asks for 50 employees or more at the peak and a substantial Slack or Teams archive, mostly in English (criteria shown to its referral partners on 12 October 2026).
Referral link: micro1 pays this site a commission if a partnership is signed. The company pays nothing; the contract is between the process and micro1, on its terms.
What to know first
- An asset that is rarely listed — the Slack or Microsoft Teams archive, internal documentation and project histories of a company that employed 50 people or more at its peak. Specialised buyers license this kind of data for AI training; the program we refer to is for companies that have stopped operating, with data mostly in English.
- Who decides — the resolution professional, within the process, and the liquidator if it ends in liquidation. Internal messages contain personal data of former employees: whether and how they can be transferred is a legal question for the process and the buyer (India's data protection law), not something this site can settle or promise.
- What we do — tell us which company and roughly how many people it employed; we answer with whether it fits and what to do next. We are paid by the buyer if a partnership is signed, never by the company.
- Already in liquidation? — see Indian companies in liquidation.

Not sure the company qualifies? Ask first
Three things are enough: the company, roughly how many people it employed at its peak, and whether a Slack or Teams archive still exists. No payment is taken on this site.
Every request is answered by hand. Your details are used to reply and nothing else — see the privacy page.
