For resolution professionals. If a company in a CIRP ends in liquidation, its Slack or Microsoft Teams archive can still be realised for its creditors.

### What we can do

- **An asset that is rarely listed** — the Slack or Microsoft Teams archive, internal documentation and project histories of a company that employed 50 people or more at its peak. Specialised buyers license this kind of data for AI training; the program we refer to is for companies that have stopped operating, with data mostly in English.
- **Who decides** — the resolution professional, within the process, and the liquidator if it ends in liquidation. Internal messages contain personal data of former employees: whether and how they can be transferred is a legal question for the process and the buyer (India's data protection law), not something this site can settle or promise.
- **What we do** — tell us which company and roughly how many people it employed; we answer with whether it fits and what to do next. We are paid by the buyer if a partnership is signed, never by the company.
